Hotel Zheleznik — Hotel in Stara Zagora

This is literaly the worst hotel I have seen! Not just that its dirty and way too expensive for 2 star hotel in Stara Zagora and that the service is horrible, actually there is almost no service at all! But they will cheat you with money! I paid my stay there through my credit card and somehow their broken old POS machine said that the paying was unsuccessful due to exceeded daily limit regarding that I hadn't used my card in the past few days. And after this showed up they made me pay cash so I did it. Later after i was gone turned out though that those money were actually withdraw from my account and they took it! I noticed my bank about this and i got a respond from them that they have spoken to the hotel and the hotel insist that I had never paid the money cash after and that I've had only paid through my card! So I paid twice and they don't want to give my money back!||DON'T EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL! IT'S BETTER TO FIND EVEN A HOSTEL OR MOTEL OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT! NOT ONLY THAT IT'S A TERRIBLE HOTEL BUT THEY CHEAT WITH MONEY! ON THE TOP OF IT, IT IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE EVEN IF...

Let's start with the good knows - it's a VERY cheap hotel with a working elevator in a building with floors. The rooms are spacious, with big beds. It's kinda quiet, but not really quiet. That's it.

Now for the bad news. This has got to be the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. The towels in the "renovated room" are branded but they have to be at least 20 years old, as they are all kinda yellow (once white), the sheets and the pillows are full of stains (sweat, blood, sеmеn, and God only knows what else). The floor is kinda disgusting, too. The shower had a long black hair tangled on it, and again, if you gotta use the towels, be prepared, because they look and smell VERY bad. I could also hear EVERYONE in the nearby rooms when they are on the toilet or whenever they're having romantic time, if you know what I mean.

If you absolutely have to sleep on a buck in Stara Zagora right next to the bus station, that's okay. But Zheleznik will haunt you for...

I have to begin by saying that I was placed in this hotel by the company that sent me to Stara Zagora, so I had no choice where I stayed. Now this is the most disgusting place I have ever been to! The beds were basically a wooden board with a one inch mattress pad. My back is still in pain! Sheets were as good as sand paper (one of the sheets even had a stain from activity I would rather not mention), the bathroom was horrid, and the floors had stains on them that I don't even want to know what from. I felt dirty just thinking about it....
