Park Hotel Briz — Hotel in Varna

The staff was very nice and helpful, this was the best part of this hotel. I think there are management problems there mostly. This isn't a 3 * hotel, it is a 1 * maximum. There was no curtain at the shower and it was very rusty and dirty. There was a smell that I can't forget. They didn't invest nothing at this building since it was constructed. The food was quite ok, but it was made mostly of cheap ingredients, the drinks were also cheap and not so good. The playground near the hotel is very old and used not that safe for children, and there are many stairs till you get to the beach, near the pool is noisy- so it's not that family friendly. Our balcony was near to the "green zone"- a place where is a bus station, where many people stop to pee and smoke in the woods, so you can hear a bus horn in every 15 minutes (they do it to hurry the peeing and smoking people)...

The room was big but very dirty. We got a baby bed which we couldn’t use because of how dirty it was. The bathrooms stank the second we entered. The floors had hair and dust from the past people. The sheets and mattresses were very dirty. The mattresses had a light brown color with different dark black spots. We even lost electricity in our room. The food quality is horrible and the choices are very limited, the food barely changes. The pool was ok, clean in some parts, dirty around the edges. The towels offered by the hotel were not clean. The only good or decent things about this hotel is the parking, the pool...

Feedback pentru Hotel Briz, Varna

Am ales acest hotel pentru un sejur de 7 zile însă din păcate experiența a fost dezamăgitoare.

Plusuri: Preț accesibil dacă faci rezervarea din timp. Parcarea gratuită – un mare avantaj. Piscina este curată și accesibilă. Personalul este amabil. Apa la baie are presiune bună și este constant caldă.

Minusuri: Camerele sunt extrem de învechite, mobilier vechi și miros închis. Curățenia lasă mult de dorit – mucegai în baie, furnici, lenjerii și prosoape vizibil uzate și murdare. Femeile de serviciu vin rar, iar când vin, lasă doar o rola de hârtie igienică și eventual… îți gustă chipsurile. Baia are scurgerea defectă și mult mucegai – a trebuit să curăț personal cu Domestos ca să pot face duș. Climatizarea și frigiderul funcționează, dar sunt foarte vechi.

Mâncarea – cel mai mare minus: Lipsită complet de gust, se repetă la nesfârșit. Preparatele rămase sunt refolosite la mesele următoare. Salata nespălată, furculițe murdare. Orez de la micul dejun în sarmale, paste cu ketchup și maioneză, ouă fierte vechi. Deserturi fără gust, uscate. Arată bine, dar nu se pot consuma.

Cafeaua e simplu nes, iar băuturile toate din dozatoare, cu același gust.

Alte observații: Accesul la plajă presupune coborârea și urcarea a peste 200 de trepte. Plaja este ok, dar recomand umbrele proprii. Hotelurile din apropiere oferă condiții vizibil mai bune – raportul calitate/preț nu justifică alegerea acestui hotel.

*Concluzie: Hotel de 3 stele doar pe hârtie, în realitate se apropie mai degrabă de 2. Nu recomand pentru sejururi mai lungi de 2-3 zile. Dacă sunteți atenți la confort, curățenie și mâncare,...
