DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I’m not quite sure how people are hyping this place up. I had a horrible time here and I will give the main truth: I stayed here for 4 nights and at the end I had dark circles under my eyes from not being able to sleep. Every 30 minutes there are heavy duty trucks and if not that it’s trains. Sometimes they have the siren on. When the trucks are passing the whole building is shaking. Phnom Penh is quieter than staying here. They should let you know about the noise when you are booking. 2 the whole building and room smells like garage dust. Housekeeping aren’t that great because when I checked-in to my room it was not that clean. Also I saw how they put all the clean sheets in a bag laying around out open by the staircase. I caught that because I don’t like to take the elevator. Construction is going on and if you have a bikini on, all those workers will be starting at you. At one point I had to go tell the reception to warn the workers to stop staring at the ladies. Staff: only Mr. Chan and a younger girl at the reception was helpful. There is another girl, sitting with the younger one and she was horrible!!!! Always had an attitude, fake smile and tried to lecture me about slippers. In general the whole building isn’t clean and just dirty! For the money, it was okay. To be honest it should be $20 for the horrible location and noise pollution. But the design is nice, whoever designed the whole hotel. Idea was there but failed. I was wearing the hotel slippers and they said to give it back 😂 actually I didn’t notice that I was wearing them. I was rushing to leave and didn’t change the slippers. But it’s the same lady (not the young one) showing attitude. The hotel is mostly empty. Yet, they called me before checkout time. Trying to haggle me to get out. The first day I couldn’t shower because there was no water in the tank You have to wait 15 minutes for the hot water to come

Read moreDon’t believe the reviews. This hotel is not safe. ||We booked this hotel via booking.com and as soon we arrived, we realised it was odd. The front staff could not communicate in English, hotel was empty but the location and views were awful. Really dreadful. Not only is it in the middle of nowhere, the hotel was built pretty much on a train track, it is surrounded by his sister hotel (also empty), a busy road, and semi built buildings. When we went to the room, it smelled stale, tap water was brown, saw baby wipes on the draining channel in the balcony and the noise from traffic was absurd. However, the most serious thing is the hotel trembles. We raised straight away with booking.com but they said it is their partner so they couldn’t do much. On that, we are pursuing legal advice. They said to talk to the hotel but there was only that person at the front desk who couldn’t speak English. We booked a return to Phnom Peng on the following day and we left in the morning without having slept and feeling the trembling. Noise is also awful from the busy road and trains ( they provide ear plugs ). We checked reviews and noticed negative ones are hidden and the positive ones are written in an odd manner. We can’t believe the hotel is still listed as we don’t think building regulations were followed especially having seen the location. Very bizarre we couldn’t see one soul there. All seems to be a fake enterprise, built quickly to just be there. When we left in the morning we also saw the mould on the walls but that was a minor thing compared to the severity of the other issue. I am pursuing this complaint with lawyers and booking.com but I thought I should alert the traveller community as the building is...
Read moreThe hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were...
