I had a really nice stay here. The staff contacted me before I arrived and help arrange a free shuttle pick up from the bus stop. Kin picked me up and was helpful and polite. All the staff were friendly especially the bar staff. My room was clean and had a good range of English TV channels. The best part was the use of the different pools, great sun loungers and use of pool towels. I was also able to order room service. Hotel is within the pick up zone for day trips too.|My only complaints were the shower was not hot and on my final night which was a Friday a group of visitors were very loud. I must have been the only guest on the second floor up until then as I heard no noise until the Friday, the people next door were having a party, screaming, shouting and banging doors till 03:00 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and it was disappointing. I didn't comfortable coming out of my room to head downstairs to complain. It would have been nice for the hotel staff to have asked them to keep the noise down. Other than that I had an...

I had a wonderful stay, each and every one of the staff were friendly and kind. Special thanks to Kin who picked me up from the bus terminal and gave me a lot of useful information. The hotel emailed me when I booked and arrived a free shuttle service for me. My room was cleaned each day and had good WiFi connection. I really liked the fact I was allowed to use any of the pools. The bartenders made excellent cocktails and the pool area was great. I was also able to order at the bar and food was then brought up to my room. Slightly away from town but you can walk or grab a tuk tuk. I had peace and quiet for the first two nights but my last night was Friday and a group of guest were so noisy. This was the only negative very very loud music playing, door banging shouting and screaming till 03:00 in the morning it would have been nice for the hotel staff to have told them off and to be quiet. I didn't feel comfortable coming out my room to complain so late at night as a solo female traveller. Other than that thank you for the...

PAPERTHIN WALLS OK, I don't get why no one has mentioned this but the walls between apartments are literally made out of paper. I've never been in a place with such bad sound isolation. I heard neighbors clearly when they just talked quietly. Had to cancel my stay, that's how bad it was and I didn't even have noisy neighbors. If people think it was quiet they must have been lucky without neighbors, also its a lot of Asians staying here and I don't think they care. However - if u don't mind this, it's a good place to stay. It's new and fresh/cool and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The WiFi is also good enough for streaming ect.😊

Psss. It's the same price for the rooms so make sure you get one with windows and balcony. Not the ones without windows, it's claustrophobic and dangerous if...

Deluxe king room is a basic windowless room. But it did have everything you would expect from a hotel. Working Aircon, clean bed sheets, clean towels and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free parking. Swimming pool is nice and accessible but located at the Montagne Residence next door. The breakfast was included but not good at all. The juice was not fresh, it's from a carton. The bread was dry, low quality, old bread. The American breakfast option included baked tomatoes, but in reality we were served one tiny cherry tomato. The fruit plate was one small slice of orange, dragon fruit and two tiny slices of watermelon.

Water tap in the bathroom sink / wash basin only drips, no flow so useless, no toilet roll given in 4 days and nights, room never cleaned the entire time I was there. Air-conditioning not that cold. Staff were very friendly though, even though you have to knock on the glass door to wake them up to get in!! Yeah every night I come home they are laid out asleep on the seating in reception. Lol
