You will see this on hotel websites as a blue front with a red sign in the middle. This at the Atlantic Casino right at the lion round about. It is in the best location in sihanookville.To bad they do not have English in the hotel sites. Just search for Five Elephants Hotel Sihanookville. You will see it. It is a great hotel for value 3 blocks to beach. A shopping centre grocery store right next to it up the escalator. I hate to give this one away. Casino right below. But that will be a little smokey. But nothing in rooms. Just make sure you go with reservation number. The girl will not speak english. Loved this hotel very quiet.
