We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids through internet . When we arrived they told us they did not have our booking. No welcoming feeling in the check in process. Finally we got a family room . Big surprise when we entered the room and it was very dirty including plenty of lizard dejections all over the room and dust all over the place. Other inconvenience was that the bathtub only had very hot water , so impossible to use it . Luckily the shower was working fine. The next morning we tried to get our breakfast which we achieve to get only the one for the kids , after 30 minutes the adult breakfast did not arrive and we ad to leave. Disappointed is an understatement as this hotel is not the cheapest one. Avoid it , there are other better Hotels...
