A little off the city center. 10-stories high so I don't know whether you can still call this a boutique hotel. Everything is sparkling new and very modern. I believe we were the first guests in our room. Although we were on the 9th floor the street noise is still very much audible there. Soundproofing would have been nice here. It seems they didn't spare any expense on the building and all the amenities so they should have thought of that. Perfectly clean and comfortable as one would expect in this case. The continental breakfast is included and consists of sandwiches and coffee/tea, a some sparsely prepared fruit. I would have given it 4 stars if were not for the reception staff. They have not been trained sufficiently as became apparent on check-out. They didn't know whether or not we had paid the room yet. We didn't know that they had used my credit card to automatically charge it on check-in either. They did not inform us of this fact. An inquiry with their accounting department did not help. In the end they charged me twice, which they refunded after I had complained later on when I saw my credit charge notification online. This is clearly the management's fault. They are responsible for training their staff in such way as to achieve complete customer satisfaction. (This is coming from a former hotel owner.) Once these things have been addressed I am sure this hotel is a very good choice, especially for the business traveler, if you are not looking for something near the sights...
Read moreVery good hotel handy for The Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and various markets of Phnom Penh. Clean classy reception with lovely staff always smiling and extremely respectful. We had a seventh floor Princess 1 grade room, which was spotlessly clean and well appointed with marble effect flooring and modern subdued colour scheme. Large LED TV, mini bar (at sensible prices), in room tea and coffee making facilities. There was a good sized bathroom and walk in shower/wet room zone within. There was a Digital room safe and wardrobe all as new condition. Cleaning services were excellent with cleaning staff attired in crisp black uniform and white aprons. Rooftop dining area with air-conditioned dining room and breakfast servery topped things off on the 10th floor. Breakfast buffet was a typical Asian hotel selection with stir fry, noodles, fried rice and veg, cook on hand to prepare eggs to your needs. Toast, fruit, soups, tea, coffee, fruit juice and cereal also available.|We paid £58 Inc all taxes etc for 2 x nights room & breakfast for 2 people through an Agoda discounted rate.|In a different city & country this would be 250$/night service and quality. Amazing value and I would definitely recommend you Enjoy this hotel whilst it's prices are so affordable!!|Thank you V...
Read moreExcellent value for money. Very clean everywhere, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night before getting a flight. We were able to spend the morning in the Russian Market area (4000KHR tuktuk) to have breakfast and have a massage before heading to the airport, too. Ask about late check out, they’re super accommodating! They offer breakfast at an additional $6, it’s a selection of local breakfasts which I didn’t try. You can also order using Grab to the hotel and there’s a little well stocked mini mart about three minutes away on foot! Very conveniently located and they have Wi-Fi and English speaking receptionists...
