Malis the Residence — Hotel in Khan Chamkar Mon

I do not recommend anyone to choose Malis Residence for staying. The reasons are: 1) it is not cleaned properly. Elevator and staircases always dirty, sometimes with liquid from garbage. 2) wifi and internet all the time gets broken. Sometimes 2-3 days no internet. 3) swimming pool sometimes not cleaned properly. One time after Chinese party on the roof top near swimming pool, next few days that swimming pool was full of cigarette butts. 4) they promised change bed sheets every 1 month, but they will not do it unless you go and complain. And even changing one per month is not good. 5) location is awful, small street, no parking place. 6) on terminating the rental contract thay requested to pay 200$ for microwave that never been in apartment! On move-in there was no microwave, but on departure they request to pay 200$ for missing old microwave. The new microwave price is 50$. Kind of scam. 7) the power consumption is too high, could not use so much. And Kilowatt price is 0.30$ instead of 0.25...

My partner and i were living there and when we moved out, they overcharged us on every little thing that could have been replaceable but instead they decided to overcharge. A rice cooker spoon costs $1 but they made us pay $10. Bed sheets usually comes with apartments like this but they made us pay $50 after leaving, which was never in the contract, a little heads up would have been great cause then we would have purchased it ourselves. ||||The landlady isn't the nicest, the receptionist doesn't give a crap if you need help especially when things go missing or broken in the aparmnet. While we were living there, so many tenants lost their things but the landlady didn't care to help look at security videos. ||||All in all, waste of money to live there. Apartment itself isn't bad at all, quite cute actually, the area is full of super friendly people. ||||Avoid living there long term or even for 1 month, you'll never know what will go missing or what they will randomly charge you with...
