We went at 12pm during the lunch hours the restaurant was totally heat without A/C or fan is on. They on upon our arrival. We was the only in house customer & food came only after an hour. Isn't the food should be served within less period of time since it was lunch hour & we were the only ones dine in? Felt not worth of the waiting time for just a Thali set, chilly chicken & chicken briyani which takes an hour. Thali set came without white rice, when I asked and the waiter ran to take it. Please improve your service & serving time. My second visit here, even the first time took 40 mins for the food to arrive.

The Kwality Restaurant is situated in Phnom Penh. It is a very beautiful restaurant with Indian interiors. The restaurant is on the first floor. When we visited the first time, we were confused with ground floor restaurants and the entrance staircase was at the corner. But, after we went inside it looks so beautiful.
