Taking a boat trip with the Three brothers is a must when you are in Koh Rong Island. It’s a 1-8pm boat trip where they bring you to a place for snorkeling, then go to another place for fishing. After that, you can go to coconut beach to relax and swim while they cook your food. They serve fruits, beer, and roasted fish {actually the fish are very fresh because those are the same fish you just caught from fishing :)}. At 7pm, the boat brings you to a place where you can swim and have an amazing view of the plankton. All these activities for just $10 as of this writing.

We went on a boat trip organised by the Three Brothers, we didn’t know what to expect at first but it was such a good day! We did snorkelling, fishing, swimming, volleyball, had a boat BBQ, saw sunset from the water, partied, sang songs and saw glowing plankton. One of the best boat trips I’ve ever done, and great value at only $15 each. We made great memories that day, if you are thinking about doing it then this is your sign to go!!

They organize one of the best boat trip in the whole island. You are gonna be 7h on the boat doing several activities, snorkelling, fishing, chill on a nice beach, having barbecue, several beers a a generous glass of wisky-cola. When the sky is completely dark you go to see the bioluminescent plancton, is AMAZING !! On the boat there is a nice atmosphere all the time, young and easygoing people. All included for 10$

This was by far the worst trip I’ve ever taken. The crew didn’t speak any English, making communication nearly impossible. The snorkeling spot was underwhelming, nothing special. They took us to a different beach than what was advertised and told us we’d be there for two hours, including a BBQ, but never specified when to return. By the time we got back to the boat, almost all the food (especially the vegetarian option) and drinks were gone. We were supposed to get at least one free beer, but the crew had been drinking them all—by the end of the day, the captain and another crew member had had around five beers each and were noticeably drunk. When it was time to see the bioluminescent plankton, they rushed us into the water, and after just five minutes, they switched the lights back on, making it impossible to see the plankton and forcing us back to the boat. Overall, a terrible experience. There are many other companies offering similar tours on the island, so I’d suggest avoiding this one. Also, beware that some “local guides” are paid to leave positive reviews, so don’t be fooled by the...

I was really dissapointed with the day tour we did:

First hour spent picking people up Then we were told we had an hour to swim with coral - he called us back after just 20mins!!! We then wasted another 40mins driving all the way back to the community pier to tell people to go to the shop to buy drinks - people could just board with them in the first place so we dont have to waste all this time.. we spent maybe 10mins fishing, the staff guy caught 50% of the fish and as soon as he had enough for dinner he stopped us all despite lots of people not having a chance to fish yet. Then we just sat on sunset beach for 2 hours. The bbq was okay though. Then we went to see the plankton - we were told to get in the water and we were allowed 1 minute in there 😂😂 we could not see any plankton anyway, and the driver made 0 effort to go see if we could find more in another spot.

So in total we got 20mins of reef swimming, 2 hours sat on a beach (why so long gere when everything else cut so short..) and 1 min chance to see plankton that was not there.

The staff was drunk throughout...

An awful trip and was not the trip stated in the itinerary. We went to the snorkelling spot first - we were only there for 30 minutes but the spot was full of plastic rubbish and was quite underwhelming. Next we went to a different beach as stated, and were told we would be there for two hours, we were meant to be there to watch the sunset but you couldnt see it as the beach was on the east of the island. The barbecue was in those two hours and there was very little food - the staff ate a lot of it, so much that one of the vegetarian guests had barely anything as they ate the food that was meant for her. Then the two staff drunk two full bottles of whiskey (not an exaggeration!), along with 8 beers that were meant for us customers meaning some of us didn’t get one. Finally, for the plankton they gave us a maximum of five minutes in the water and then told us we had to leave, even though there was still an hour and a half left of the tour. Definitely one of the worst trips I’ve been on in Cambodia and would not recommend using this company for...
