Moha Mean Hotel — Hotel in Siem Reap

We made a reservation through agoda.com, and when we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have any reservations, and that they didn't had any rooms available. After telling us they were fully booked, we requested our money back because we had payed on advance and they told us they suddenly had a room available for us. They showed us the room and it was dirty. Lots of dust, and cockroaches outside. Clearly we denied the room and still requested for our money. They had us waiting for 3 and a half hours so they could see if they could get our money back, and the only answer they had was that we had to talk to agoda. That they couldn't give us our money back. So basically they had full rooms and still kept our money. ||Wouldn't recommend this service ever. Awful experience, they didn't have the reservation that we made a day before in agoda, we wait hours and then they suddenly had a room but a dirty room, and we paid on advance, we wanted to cancel without charges but they didn't even know how agoda works, we couldn't talk to agoda, because they said is a different agoda for each country we didn't even understand.||Agoda is not good to book a room because if you have a problem and you can't call them, just email them and they answer like 72 hrs later solving nothing. ||||Really bad experience, bugs everywhere. It's 5 minute drive from the city center. It has basic amenities: air-con, hot water, TV, closet...the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. I booked online for 3 rooms, but they gave us only 2 rooms with more beds when we got there, which we didn't mind since it was New Year, and they gave us a refund for one room.
