HOT STONE Siem Reap — Restaurant in Siem Reap

I ordered food through the Foodpanda app and went to pick it up myself since the restaurant is only about 500 meters from my house. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or asked about my order. I sat down and waited for about 3 minutes until a waitress came over. I told her I had ordered through Foodpanda, but she went to ask the chef and came back saying the food I ordered was not available.

I explained that I ordered it for my niece who is staying in the hospital, but she still said the food was “out” and tried to offer me a replacement. I refused and contacted Foodpanda directly. After they got in touch with the restaurant, suddenly my food was available for pickup. I really don’t understand how they manage their system—it seems like a serious training and responsibility issue for both the staff and whoever is in charge of handling app orders.

When I finally received the food, the taste was extremely disappointing. The soup had no flavor, tasted salty in a bad way, and was completely different from what I expected compared to other restaurants. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I will never return to this...

I went there yesterday with my family. Food-wise, it was good. The steak and salmon are savory. It came first with salad followed by main dish.

However, the service i would considered quite slow and confusing. We were a group of 18 people and they were confused about handing out either the Salmon stone or the beef stones as well as the amount that we ordered. The salad wasn't even handed out to everyone yet, and they already started serving main dish for those already with salad. I just expected more organized execution of handling the foods.

At the end, we ordered a birthday fruit and it took them almost 30 mins and we had to wait awkwardly just wanted to surprise our family member even after we all...

Hot Stone has a really yummy menu with something here for everyone be it Beef,Lamb ,Seafood etc ..served up on a sizzling hot stone n smelling great Delicious food and you will leave with empty plates .. 😀 very reasonable prices and the service was first rate and all set in a beautiful spacious well lit up outdoor garden - pond setting I had the very delicious T bone steak sizzling away on your table .. deserts were really nice and the service was really excellent .. a great dinner...
