Motel is located off the highway. Good location. Easily accessible. Subway, gas station & dépanneur right across the street. |It’s was a very tight room. It felt very cramped. That was with just two people & two dogs. |Only one person could stand in the bathroom. No space to put toiletries. The room had two double beds jammed in so tight that they were just inches from the wall & no side table in between. Fridge, microwave, tv, AC. They offered the smallest bar of soap literally not much bigger than a Loonie. I washed my hands & it was now too small to shower with. Shampoo & conditioner was smaller than a package of soya sauce. |One bed was more comfortable than the other. Unfortunately for us, we slept most of the night on the bed that was so hard it felt like I slept on the floor most of the night. At 0600 hrs I was in so much pain. That’s when I tried out the other bed & realised I had picked the wrong bed to sleep in. ||There was a nice area for the dogs to run & play. Also an outdoor pool. ||So, all in all, thank goodness this was the last stop before Home. If it had been our first stop it would’ve ruined my vacation. I’m so sore from the beds. If you look at my previous reviews you’ll see that we stayed in many of these dog friendly motels but this one was the worst. Mostly because...
Read moreThe absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed, horrible experience absolutely terrible customer service. We got accused of breaking the door when it was already broken when we arrived. The wifi barely works the entire building is falling apart and it’s extremely dirty. The pool is green with algae and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and it smells extremely bad. The first day we got here the hostess knocked on our door at 9:30 am and we were exhausted from the day before because we were getting used to the 3 hour time difference. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay at this...
Read moreZero stars if it were possible Smelly overpriced dump. Had the audacity to charge $20 for a pet to stay in a supposed pet friendly hotel. I'm sure we left the room cleaner than we found it so I hope our 20 goes to good use. The heat was off and the room was freezing when we arrived, with a reservation. The "newly renovated" rooms may have been redecorated in the 60s. Comfort inns are cheaper, pet friendly without extra fees and might have been decorated in the current century. I am a big fan of supporting small independent businesses but this was a huge...
