Worst Experience Ever ----- I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, things went downhill. The staff was completely unaware of what was available on the menu, and each time I asked about an item, they kept saying they’d check and get back to me – but every single order was denied. To make things worse, one of the staff members actually closed the drive-thru window on me while I was still waiting! Another staff member apologized, but honestly, that didn’t make up for the poor service.
When I finally got my order, my tea was only half-filled. When I pointed it out, they said they didn’t realize. Like, how does that happen? They made excuses for everything. Here's the crazy part: I went inside the store right after and ordered the exact same items that they told me weren’t available in the drive-thru. Everything was in stock and ready to go, and I even have the receipts to prove it. So they outright lied or just didn’t want to serve me at the drive-thru. It’s unacceptable and feels like we were just brushed off or lied to for no reason. I have attached the photos for the reference.
On top of all that, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about their policy or how many items I could order, one of the employees actually told me, “You’re not my father, don’t ask me these questions, and don’t scream at me.” I wasn’t even raising my voice! This is just plain disrespectful and shows a total lack of basic customer service skills.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you want to deal with rude, unhelpful staff and terrible service. Honestly, the staff here needs serious evaluation and training or need to be changed. Extremely disappointed and will not...
Read moreI checked in at this Timmy 3 Am in the morning on August 6 hoping to get a tea. I stood at one of the open cash and this young girl purposely went to another cash register behind the counter, that's fine, I walked over to her and ordered a tea. She kept speaking French to me and I thought that I wasn't clear so I repeatedly asked for a tea. I finally told her I don't understand French then she rudely replied with an attitude "What Size?!". Wow...I hope this is just rude and not racism. If she is being racist she is clearly grew up in a village. It's 2017! I speak Chinese and I own a business, if I know my customer will be more comfortable with Chinese over English I will definitely speak Chinese to help them. People will generally feel more welcome and will most likely spend their money at your shop. What I dont get is why would this girl wasted the customer's time by keep asking in French especially when you can communicate in English? This is a situation where she should've have taken advantage of bilingual skills and make the sale. I canceled my order and walked out. Spent my money at...
Read moreFor the last 10 reviews posted about this Tim Horton’s, let me make it crystal clear — I was there and saw you threaten to google review the staff. I witnessed firsthand what actually happened, and I can assure you, it’s NOTHING like the way the last ten of you described it. I’m a regular at this Tim Horton’s, and honestly, I’m disgusted by how you six men treated that young lady. She was doing her absolute best to serve you, and all you did was verbally tear her down, unacceptable! I have a young daughter, and what you did was beyond disgraceful. Watching you guys humiliate her like that was infuriating. I go to this restaurant because the service is always friendly, and I’m genuinely shocked and disappointed that people like you are what’s ruining that. It’s no wonder the younger generation wants nothing to do with customer service when they have to deal with entitled, disrespectful customers like you. You should...
