Imperial Fireside Inn — Hotel in Greater Sudbury

I was in town obtaining my Class 1 CDL (Trucker License) and I stayed here at the Fireside for close to a month.||||Very nice clean rooms, extremely comfortable king-sized bed. Very friendly staff. The owners take great care be picking up litter and maintaining the parking lot/sitting areas. It shows they truly care about their guests and presentation.||||Covid masks were used and plenty of sand sanitizer was on hand.||||The only negative thing I have to add is that street construction was taking place so there were some issues with parking and noise, however this was out of the hands of the owners as this was city construction.||||I had very nice stay. Yes I would recommend this hotel to friends and I would stay here...

I arrived at 1:30 am July 29th 2021. Was greeted promptly by a friendly owner who made a deal for an efficiency unit which was one of the last non-smoking rooms available. Although the motel is in an older part of the city and looks retro from the outside; the room was surprisingly modern and clean. It had obviously been updated and best of all the kitchen area was well equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and dishwashing necessities. This was great for me for breakfast as I was travelling by motorcycle and had travelled several hours to avoid bad weather in the area I was going to camp in.||I would highly recommend staying here and would return again...
