Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Today at 4:40 pm I ordered around $15 food plus steep tea. I asked for making a fresh steep to cashier who asked the girl at drive thru window to brew a fresh pot. The girl at window didn’t do that and after 4 minutes she is it’s fresh and was watching all this that old and she bluntly lied on my face. When I mentioned that it’s old one and I was was watching, the other girl put start brewing fresh pot and when it was almost done but still brewing . The girl drive thru gave me the steep tea saying it’s fresh and I sais ti her that you gave it to me from old not the one which is going to finish in few seconds. She again bluntly lies on my face saying that I switched and it’s fresh. I buy steep tea for my old mom who is customer for long time . When she tasted she said it’s old , it’s not fresh and I threw that out. I don’t know what’s the policy and how time Hortons train their employees but it’s unacceptable customer service when someone lie on customer face. Interestingly she had a stir on...

I was on a road trip and stopped to get a sandwich. Did the other Tim’s know that they no longer serve sandwiches or soup for five years. All I could buy was a bagel or muffin, breakfast food but nothing for lunch. I asked for the bagel to be cut and not toasted, the woman behind the counter doing the prep work had a fit, guess I shouldn’t ask for it the way I want it.I had an iced coffee and walked all the way to the car got in find out they didn’t give me a straw, due to Covid nothing is out.
