*updated after stay here a third time* 1st: Was happy enough with my stay, not a huge fan of having to check-in on a terminal because I arrived quite late in the evening. Which also meant I couldn't ask for extra towels or access any customer sevice had I needed anything. Wasn't expecting two single beds but I was alone so no big deal. The beds are on rolling frames so everytime I plopped down I had to get up and readjust the bed. The included fridge has no freezer portion which sucked as I usally use that to keep my ice packs ready for the following day in the cooler. Checkout was fine, but some confusion over my deposit and the clerk did not speak english very well. So I'm hoping my deposits automatically returned to my account 🤷 as it was impossible to get an answer or explanation from the clerk as to how I get my $50 back. Anyways, very clean comfortable beds even though it was tiny and nice location. 2nd/3rd: So the deposit issue was totally fine, was just a language barrier. My last two stays here were mostly positive. Although the last room I got the tv had no accessible HDMI port. This is a major thumbs down when all local television is in fremch and I cant access Netflix, Crunchyroll or any streaming service of my choice. Also major issues with the wifi when staying on the second floor, spent a good 3 hours with no wifi then intermittent throughout the night. The air conditioning also seems to struggle to cool the second floor rooms. The beds were again very comfortable. Checking in earlier there was an attendant and she was very pleasant and helpful to the best of her ability. Obviously I understand sometimes internet just sucks no matter where you are. Anyways overall, in a pinch great place to stay if you don't mind getting of the highway for a few miles to save a few bucks.

Hotel room was fine…except couldn’t sleep at night because of spiders and spider webs extending upto the beds it looked like the room wasn’t opened in a longtime. When told the guy at reception next morning he was like yeah its just a spider what’s the problem. Problem is your attitude towards your customer and listening and showing empathy. Room 133. Photos attached. GOT A NICE REPLY ABOUT SPIDER and Your due diligence ….BUT READ MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AGAIN IT WAS NOT ABOUT SPIDER. I THOUGHT HOTEL INDUSTRY WAS HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS WRONG. Date 19Aug2021…

I arrived here after a long drive from Niagara Falls Ontario. I spent approximately 10 hours driving, until I called it quits and decided to stay at a hotel with a warm bed for the night. This hotel was the cheapest around, at 130$ a night. Another hotel I looked at was the same price, except they had complimentary breakfast. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly by the receptionist whom spoke French but could speak English as well. After getting into my room, I was unpleased with the cleanliness. (I have worked housekeeping for many years previously and am aware of how difficult it is as a job) but, having black hair scattered across the white floor tiles and sink is something that should not be missed. I continued to ignore all the hair however, orange stains on the bath tub caught my eye instead. I continued to ignore as I climbed into bed for a good nights sleep. This was not as pleasing as I was looking forward to. The duvet covers are not washed often and the mattress is hard as rocks. I tossed and turned all night and was unable to get a good night sleep that I paid 130$ for. I will mention, that when you arrive here at night time that you are in for a surprise in the morning. I woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. This put a smile on my face, as I ate my breakfast and prepared for...

Well, I have some issues with the the fact that I... would like it cleaner. The shower booth is quite nice, but it hasn't been cleaned in a while (I had the ideea to check the upper corner, a place where I used to put the soap in some cheap shower boots, and I regretted!) The sink is nice, though... :) The heating /cooling system is so noisy (the fan) that I rather closed it during the night (which was just fine, I guess that the bathroom electrical heating was enough, with the door opened). The rest is all right for a person (some drawers, a coffee machine (the kind with a plastic capsule, Koerig, I think), beatiful lamps, a Samsung flat screen TV (around 43 inches diagonal, I think) with quite enough DTV channels, Canadians and U. S., like Fox... :) ) Bed and linen: OK, too much static, but it's probably due to the dry air. There is a chair and a micro desk, and also an armchair (and the isn't room for more...). Yes, there is a hanging storage, with hangers, but not much. Not much to go around if you want to dry your wet clothing... And the small fridge, and other minor electrical tools. I stayed there four nights, the first evening I was bothered by some noisy partying (with the hallway door opened...), I called the reception and they fixed it. So, overall, OK, I would...
