I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bedding had not been changed — there were visible marker marks on the sheets and top blanket. One of the chairs in the room also had marker all over it, adding to the overall sense of neglect. There was also white residue on the carpet, which made the space feel dirty and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off twice during the night — once at 3 am. and again at 5 am — disrupting any chance of a restful sleep. Around 4 a.m., someone was running up and down the halls, adding to the chaos. When we raised our concerns with the front desk, the hotel offered $50 off the room. While this gesture was noted, it did not come close to making up for the lack of cleanliness, disrupted sleep, and overall poor experience. What was most frustrating was that the manager, Greg Dionne, refused to speak with me directly and instead chose to communicate through the front desk attendant. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness, safety, and basic courtesy should be standard — unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Probably one of the best rooms I've stayed in while traveling for work. There had been an unfortunate hiccup with the booking but the gentleman at the front was very patient and friendly with me while figuring out a solution. The room was very clean with bright lighting. The bed was comfortable and I was very impressed with the full sized pillows and two different firmness options! I loved the walk-in shower and the Dove products. My only complaint about the shower is that it's slippery and they should really offer a mat to avoid possible injuries... The other complaint that I have is regarding patrons. Not the hotels fault per se, but during my stay, there were families who allowed their children to race around the hallways until 11:00 at night... there are working professionals here who want to sleep. Inconsiderate humans are always around so make sure you bring ear plugs if you need silence to sleep. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend. This will be my first choice next time I'm in Prince Albert.

I would like to share a serious issue that occurred during my stay at this hotel. After spending approximately 20 minutes in the hot tub, I was shocked to discover significant hair loss on the parts of my body that had been submerged in the water. The areas that remained above the water were completely unaffected. This clearly suggests the presence of harmful or even corrosive substances in the water. This incident has had both a physical and emotional impact on me. Additionally, I am attaching a photo of my shorts — they were originally black before entering the hot tub. This further proves that the water may have contained dangerous chemicals. I am planning to file an official complaint with the police against the hotel and report this matter to consumer protection authorities, as this is a clear violation of health and safety regulations. I hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously, conducts a thorough investigation, and takes immediate action. Take care of your health and stay cautious.

I chose this hotel twice in the last 2 months because it is nicely situated away from the activity in Prince Albert. I believe it is one of the newest hotels but it is going to quickly deteriorate because it is not being cleaned properly! Washroom had hairs, and smelled of mildew plus you can see the pink mildew in the corners of the shower stall. I don't get why hotels don't use bleach to clean! I saw the housekeepers cart and all they have is sprays and a swipe type mop. Floor felt sticky both times. I'm guessing they don't even have a sponge brush or something to get in the corners of the showers. Then there was the pool area, oh my goodness! I was going to use the hot tub twice, but after the first visit I just couldn't. There is no signage anywhere about taking off your outside shoes, so the whole deck of the pool area and hot tub is covered with dirt, gravel, hair galore, hair ties. Someone's bathing suit tag from just buying it. All this was there the night I went around 6 pm, everything was still there the next morning when I looked, at 10a.m., disgusting. Outside around the hotel there are hundreds of cigarette butts even just a foot from the standing ash tray (make a fun sign, like " don't be a butthead, please use ashtray"). I was going to eat my breakfast outside but they were people smoking out in the patio and putting their butts in a cup of water then just leaving it there. No signage about any rules anywhere! No garbage cans outside so there is garbage laying around including a bag of dog poop. Inside the stairwell was some piece of mechanical equipment that has been there a long time as it had spider webs around it and it just stinks in that stairwell, to go outside to your car. I have pictures. Housekeeping staff looked apathetic and I saw one standing by her cart on her cell phone the whole time I was going in and out of my room to check out and take my stuff down. No information in the rooms how to determine what channels you can watch on television as the guy does not match the numbers when you enter them. Rooms are noisy, you can hear everything. No drinking cups for water. Floor in the eating area is dirty, no one cleaning into corners, yet on both visits I saw an older gentleman who must be in management talking to staff and looking around not doing much, maybe moves a table or two. So many tables are uneven people have put folded napkins under them. Why doesn't he just do some fixing? Such poor care for a potentially nice hotel. I...

So right from the minute we got off the bus and were greeted by Sahid and Ryan (Hope got names right) things were going in right direction. Those two young guys got our large group checked in fast. Rooms were awesome with 2 king beds which u don’t see very often. All other amenities fridge ,microwave coffee etc. Rooms are spacious as are bathrooms. Pool area looked good but we didn’t have time to use. The breakfast area is big and wasn’t an issue getting a spot for breakfast. Lots of choices and they changed everyday. Breakfast staff guy was friendly wishing everyone a good morning and hustling to make sure everything was good. Cleaning staff for hotel were always out and about mopping floors in lobby etc to ensure place was kept like new and smelling fresh. The boys at the front desk were around for our whole stay and they were great. Anything we asked or needed they made it happen. Means a lot to a large group. Lobby area had nice modern furniture that was spread out with phone chargers on tables etc. Awesome board/meeting room right basically in lobby area where we could host evening meetings and watch a rider game with our group.. Hotel is on edge of city but will be a big leisure center open soon as well as McDonald’s ,cdn brewhouse and others with signs for liquor store and new hotel coming. This will be my Prince Albert...

"$500 booking for July that is not refundable!" My first interaction in this hotel is not really a good one. Beware! They have a GHOST EMPLOYEE! I booked on their WEBSITE but when I received the confirmation it was unexpectedly booked through "booking.com" and it is prepaid and non refundable. I phoned the property right away to cancel. A guy employee (Saurab) who pretended to be the manager said it will be cancelled without charges as I phoned a minute after booking. It will just take 3days for the bank to update. Cancellation # provided. After 2 weeks of no bank update. I contacted booking.com which they informed me that it is not refundable as it is already collected by the hotel. Again, another employee (Sahil) promise that he will asked the manager to give me a call with in the day which again a lie.😓 When I phoned again, Frontdesk(Ryan)answered and placed me straight on hold(10 mins 9×)😤 without even saying a speil or hearing anything. I didn't stop until I get a hold of their manager Katherine who clearly said that they don't have employee named Saurab!(who cancelled my reso) 😤. The said ghost employee! Katherine added that she will personally solve this herself and will definitely hear back from her. It never happened until up to know! So again BEWARE!|Just sharing what I've...
