Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Prince Albert

So disappointed yet again. I would give ZERO stars if I could! Why are they cheap and only give 1/2 a Bun for a Large Chile & it says 1 & 1/2 buns on the screen!! I got TWO CHILIS & two 1/2 BUNS!!!! How hard is it to read that!! I even asked for extra butter & only got 1/2 an effin bun!! Can’t go back because rushing to an appointment in Saskatoon!! Please learn to FILL an ORDER correctly or just clean up!!

I rushed during lunch to buy my sis who’s in hospital & myself lunch. They messed up my order & I was at work when I saw, I paid for one lg & one med Chili & one lg & one 1/2 bun & they made both chilies & both buns 1/2 a bun!! How disappointing when I get back to work & realize I paid for more than they gave me & no time to go straighten it out!!!! How hard is it to get a written order right!?!? The service is fast so maybe take a breath, slow down a tad & get the orders right! This is not the first time my order has gotten...

Buyer beware!!! As a business owner myself I would want to know how my staff are treating customers. This sadly is the only way I am able to hope that it gets to the owner. Treated poorly by a Rude manager "Henry" Asked that he change my order in the drive through, as it showed wrong on the screen, he refused to and would not. I went into the store to speak with the manager and he was the manager. He was rude arogent and speaking very snidely and as I was leaving in the parking lot he hung out the window to continue to try and belittle a customer!!! Sadly if this isn't dealt with by the owner. Her instore cameras will back up the issues. I will never purchase from any Tim Hortons in Prince...

We order a few drinks, 2 of them being with Almond Milk but they had already made the the first drink without and when we asked very politely to have it with Almond Milk they said that it was already made and they refused but eventually said okay and then they still gave us the drink without the Almond Milk so we had to go inside and they still argued. I have worked a lot of fast food jobs, and not once did I argue, especially if it came to being with any allergies or intolerances. We remained polite through out the whole experience... but I won't be going back to this...
