Motel Lustre D'Or — Hotel in Quebec

This was the filthiest building, inside and out, that I have ever had the displeasure to be in or around. I sincerely think it is a 'crack house' no joke. I cancelled my reservation immediately upon arrival and was unable to find an available room anywhere short of paying absorbent prices for the night. It sickens me to no end what I experienced. I am a very unhappy Expedia/on line sources customer, very disappointed, frustrated and quite angry.

I am appalled that this recommendation came from Expedia/on line sources I will no longer have anything to do with Expedia/on line sources, never book with Expedia/on line sources again. If anyone asks me for a referral for an online travel host, it will absolutely not be Expedia/on line sources. I just can't fathom that Expedia/on line sources doesn't draw the line on referring customers to rock bottom slums. ...

Don't stay here. I would definitely spend an extra $20-30 to stay somewhere else. Room smelled really bad. Bathroom was awful. Bedsheets and couch had stains. AC vent grills were broken so it blowed cold air straight onto the bed. When I complained and asked if I could switch my room, receptionist just coldly said 'no, we're fully booked.' I could clearly see the next 3 rooms' doors open all day after people had checked out. Nobody else came to rent that night. Don't make the same mistake I made looking for the cheapest place.
