Room was great, though bed could’ve been more comfortable. It was well stocked and so close to everything. Our biggest issue was with the ski locker. The two previous guests had apparently lost the keys to it. After searching for it for 20 mins we went to the front desk to ask, and they had no idea it was missing. Front desk was extremely kind, but didn’t seem able to actually help. They said they would have it figured out by the following day, but after coming back from skiing, no one knew what we were asking for nor did they have a solution. They ended up just giving us a key to a locker of an unoccupied room, but the key didn’t work. Then they said they would send a repair man, but no one ever came… so we had to keep our skis in our car which was very inconvenient. Through it all, the desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, but nothing was fixed. The strange part was that the building is brand new and they already have...
Read moreWhat a fabulous resort. Stayed at the new (very new) Cresent which was very comfortable. So new that the towels were very fluffy (probably needed a wash first), they were still awaiting the supply of hair dryers - which we got during the stay. The down bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Wifi very good. Close to slopes and apres ski. Easy to access with codes. Signage needed to make things a little easier to navigate like parking and trash but I'm sure that will happen. Great to have a storage locker outside the room and look forward to heating in that room to dry clothing and equipment (didn't matter to us as we had a week of Bluebird). Didn't use the gym - too busy skiing! Used the lounge which was great but clearly not fully operational yet (heating, tea/coffee, etc). We'll be back. Staff were...
Read moreMy husband and I were able to stay at the Constella Cabins in late January and it was such a beautiful and unique experience. The cabins are simple but relaxing and warm, you have the option to split your time beetween the lodge and the cabin - they have an outdoor firepit with a s'more station and a wicked nice indoor fire that has communal seating around. It's a great space to play games, meet new connections and get out in nature. The cherry on top is the access to the Paradise lift so you can get early access/fresh runs before others. Cannot recommend this enough, hope to return with friends and...
