Sommet Saint Sauveur — Hotel in Saint-Sauveur

We went to Sommet Saint-Sauveur on a Sunday, the day before Thanksgiving, and the whole system and staff coordination were a mess.

We purchased our tickets online and went to the main ticket booth to pick up the physical tickets. However, when we got to the chairlift, we were told we needed bracelets to access it — something the guy at the booth (the one with the manbun) forgot to give us.

We then spent hours waiting in line at another ticket booth near the Viking area, only to be told that they don’t give bracelets there and that we had to go back to the main booth near the entrance. The older lady at that booth was incredibly rude and dismissive, even saying, “It’s only a 5-minute walk, guys, I walk it every day.” Honestly, that attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when we were just trying to fix something that wasn’t our fault in the first place.

After all that back-and-forth, we finally got our bracelets and lined up again for the chairlift. And here’s the kicker — they didn’t even check if people had bracelets. So all that hassle, all that waiting in line, and walking back and forth for nothing.

The parc is totally chaos and unorganized. They sell unlimited number of tickets for a day, while their capacity is limited. And when they cannot provide the service for the sold tickets they say you can come back another day!!! Like the parc is behind our house everyday we go and use our ticket. You buy online ticket to not waste your time for staying in line, but here you have to stay one hour in line to get your bracelet for your online ticket!!
