Chateau Le Parc Event Centre — Hotel in Vaughan

No event venue could have provided a better experience than Chateau Le Parc (CLP) for our dream wedding. We had less than 2 months to plan a wedding. Our initial search for a venue was horrendous. Eventually the dates came together and the CLP team starting with Joseph and Natasha were phenomenal since our early interactions. In less than 24 hours they pulled together the key details to get us into the right space at the right price point making tons of concessions for us given our situation where we had no time.

Throughout the planning process, we were not less demanding or unorganized than the average couple/family, but CLP was professional and accommodating the whole time. They worked with us from the beginning to help us get this event done in the best way possible with the limited time that we had. Marianne was spectacular (apologies for any gray hairs we gave you!). Marianne paid attention to the details so that we didn’t have to be too stressed about all that. She followed up consistently on outstanding action items while making sure other vendors had information they needed to bring the day about together.

Chef Vince was fantastic. The food was incredible. Loved how he took our feedback and desires to blend that into how he prepped the food.

Ravin - I have no words. Our day-of GM and go-to-person was the best that I have ever worked with. Ravin treated us like family. Took care of our every need with a team that was fantastic. From the time we walked through the back doors till the very end of the night where he bid us goodbye after packing up the desserts that we couldn’t have at the wedding. And then get this - if all that wasn’t enough, Ravin drove to our hotel to drop off a gift that was left behind so that we didn’t have to drive back. So blessed that Ravin was part of our big day.

My husband and I made the best decision in choosing Chateau Le Parc to be our wedding venue.

From the time of booking to the day of the wedding we were in contact with Stephanie who was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the planning of our wedding reception at CLP. She was very knowledgable and when we weren't sure on a decision to be made she did her best to give her most sincere and honest opinions. My questions and inquires were always answered so promptly and we felt very comfortable through the whole process and from the beginning it was evident that this was sure to be the wedding which we desired. I must also mention that there were several other individuals who we were in contact with as well and they were fantastic and just as helpful and pleasant.

There is no doubt that this venue is beautiful and very well maintained. The Design is classy and elegant and we were in awe to see everything come together with the added decor.

However, most importantly to us was the level or service and food for our closest family and friends who attended the wedding. Let me say that everyone one of our guests was so impressed and we received many many compliments on the service and the food. The servers, bartenders, coat check attendant and the managers/ supervisors on duty that evening went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and were always present and made themselves available. The food was served promptly and was hot when served. The food itself was delicious and our guests really enjoyed everything on the menu. The servers were also very polite to ensure they did not disturb any speeches or traditional dances which were taking place. This was noticed by us and our guests and very much appreciated.

Our wedding day at Chateau LeParc could not have been more perfect! The venue is beautiful (both the inside and the outdoor courtyard), the food is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding! They are a one stop venue that has everything you need - they definitely paid attention to detail in their choices for decor and tableware, which makes things much easier (and more beautiful!). We knew that this is where we wanted to get married from the minute we got engaged. From the start, they were very professional and pricing was very reasonable for the quality of what you are getting. However, booking March 2020 as our original date, things didn’t go as planned. We were unfortunately one of the couples who had to cancel days out ahead of the first lockdown of the pandemic. It was a stressful experience, but CLP was truly an amazing partner to work with. They were flexible and accommodating as the situation continued to evolve. Between multiple date changes (due to lockdowns), changing restrictions and our overall frustration with replanning, they continued to communicate and work with us in providing options that could work with our vision. Their suggestions and advice made us excited to replan for what felt like a time of too much uncertainty. When we finally got to get married, and while following the protocols outlined by the government, they were able to create the wedding celebration of our dreams - we do not feel like we had to compromise on experience or quality at all! It was even more special and CLP really made sure that every detail was exactly as we wanted. We are still receiving compliments from our guests and other vendors on the evening!
