well my kid was in this place, it is nice, no complain there however i just asked for a birthday party & had some questions, the name of the guy (barely call him gentleman) showed on my phone was Virender Tumber (don't know if this was the assistant or the actual guy)..instead of politely answering my questions, giving me question for any question that i have with TONS of attitude. don't you like to have customers & more business??? just one example: i am telling him that i dont know the number of guest yet however it will be under 30 but wont be like 15 kids + 15 adults, most probably more adults than kids....the guy reply is "well that s your job to know how many people not my job" i asked the same question from others, they didnt reply that rude, i know this is not their job, common sense , they explain they can transfer adults to kids but not vise versa, that's it, simple with no attitude , without reminding my job to me!! i was wondering why the next door playground playtopia is more crowded while this is a nice place too, now i know why, they seem to be more professional helping their customers with right manner

so not only he is not sincerely sorry about his attitude, he is also assuming that i don't understand English very well & then project the issue on my language barrier :) & then expecting me to delete my review! if anything, i would add to my review with your professionalism of commenting on your customer English in a multi cultural country like Canada

Very nice playground, had my daughters birthday party there, kids loved it however following things can improve and I feel I paid more for what I got. Cake:- didn't like it, I really wanted to spit it out of my mouth but since all my guests were eating it had to swallow it TOO, flavour was way off, dry sponge, cream was too sweet.It was horrible. I didn't ordered the pizza's from them because I prefer Pizza Hut. What I don't understand it if you don't order these things in package they only take off 50% of that product, which I found really unfair. I hired a party assistant, paid extra $60 for 2 hours. If you choose to hire a helper, DEFINE to them you need someone with experience and who would stay in that room with you because you are paying $30/hour for them to help you in that room. My guests had to stand up, I paid for room and services, later on they were short on chairs in some other room and asked if they can take the chair from my room, which I was only able to give 1 due to my guests were not there yet. At the party time it gets really crowed in there, I wish the sign they have inside which they wipe down to write the birthday kids name was somewhat outside the room for people to see which room they have to go in. Overall its a clean playground, well managed and organized, my daughter did enjoy her party, but some part of me felt it wasn't as good as I thought it would be,...

We celebrated our daughter’s 5th Birthday party in this amazing place!

The kids had a blast – there is a lot for them to do, and there was plenty of space for the adults to be comfortable and chat, while easily keeping an eye on the kids. As an advice, book an additional 1 or even 2 hours on top of the regular 2 hours, and you will feel more relaxed about everything, as this will give the kids enough time to play, and you wont have to rush the food and the cake.

Everything is very clean, the party rooms are freshly renovated, the walls inside all rooms are green, so using green painter’s tape for hanging decorations works perfectly, not damaging the walls and being almost invisible at the same time. Bring your own balloons and decorations, and have about 15 minutes before the party to hang them up before the party starts. We brought a cake (Chocolada Bakery is a great option for that) which was stored in the fridge until it was time to be served, and fruits platter. You can also bring snacks if desired, as long as they are 100% peanut free.
