Visited this place for the first time as I was looking for an activity for my son to get his energy out and found this place on google. Its the largest indoor playground I've ever been to, and also the first one I've seen with an arcade inside. Place was very affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds which can be a bit more expensive with half the size!
Place is very clean and well staffed. Facilities are excellent. What made the venue memorable for me was the care of one young staffer - Jordan. He works at their cafeteria (yes they have a cafeteria that sell chicken nuggets and pizza slices and drinks and other snacks which is awesome) and that gentleman knows how to do customer service. I had ordered a pizza slice and he came over to our table to confess a mistake was made on the order and that it would take some time for it to arrive. He informed us in a timely manner as we weren't waiting long but he was very considerate to tell us this. He brought over an order of fries for us to mend things over which surprised me as he knew how to de-escalate an issue before it could even begin! With these type of soft skills, that man will go far in his career.
I also witnessed what I believe was the owner of the playground walking around to make sure everything was running smoothly and there must have been an accident somewhere as I saw him tell some staffers something and they rushed over with some cleaning supplies to fix the problem. The place was pretty busy, yet never felt overcrowded but the staff here did an excellent job to take care of the facility so that my family could enjoy it without worry. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon - and we don't...
Read moreWe booked a birthday party there. The room was acceptable, but I can definitely see the floor is dirty (bits of food here and there). We didn't opt to bring any outside food/drinks, as you will be subjected to a $39 cleaning fee. Instead we added 1 extra pizza for $15.99 (large. Each large pizza has 10 slices) and an extra tray of fries for $35 (costco type. Crispy.) the instructions from email confirmation are different than what happened on that day. E.g. email says adults need to wear grip socks on the trampoline (but when we were there, there was a notice saying no adults for trampoline). Another example, on the email it says I would need to hand in the pizza order to the cafe, and it would take about 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready (on the day of, we found out they actually ordered from Pizza Pizza and was told the pizza would be delivered at a certain time). I got charged one extra adult. When confronted, the staff refunded me with no issue. Canon blaster was out of order/no longer available Tube sliding does NOT work, it would always get stuck! the arcade games are expensive. $10 only gives you 3 to 4 games.
Overall it was ok. I feel like with the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. As there are places where you can bring outside food without additional charge; birthday child and their parents do not count towards the head count for the package etc. We chose this place because we thought there are more variety (trampoline, tube slide, cannon blaster etc), but as I mentioned above, they were either out of order/not working properly/has restrictions. If I knew ahead of time, I would have chosen a different indoor playground, which would have given me more...
Read morecame here for a birthday with family, and was treated with extreme poor service. firstly, the registration takes lots of time, asking for many questions like address, phone number. im a guest, why do i have to give personal information for a god damn sticker which is mandatory to wear in the space. Shoes must be removed, socks are for purchase, and slippers are not provided. However, the staff wear slippers. within the playspace, the rooms and play area are very cold, proper temperature is not controlled, and many kids and adults were freezing. Washrooms are disgusting floor to wall, floors are wet and piss all over, and have to enter with your socks. what a playspace!! if you want to walk around with pee in your wet socks, come here!
We had to pay upfront, and as a kids playground, it is VERY expensive. i give this place a 1 star as it is the lowest rating, i do not recommend this location.
EDIT RESPONSE: First of all, for a birthday party guests shouldn't need to sign waivers, especially for all of the personal information to enter, because you already know they are coming. They are guests and members, the only information that should be provided is first and last name, and a signature. Also, the party host can sign the waivers for the guests to save time, not individually ( different age group, makes some people have difficulties using computers ). Second, for your floors, they need to be heated with either floor heating or foam mats. There were over 50 guests on our end, and all had cold feet. This is not comfortable for anyone!! Additionally, if people must remove their shoes to enter, why does the staff have slippers? it's contradicting...
