Hotel Avenida — Hotel in Arica

We stayed in here for 7 days, and there are many things to say:

Cons: 1.- we had for 3 days sounds over the roof, because they were fixing it... We had no advice for this fixing sounds, 2.- there is no stairs... Is a rample for upping and down, 3.- cleaning services always forget to keep on rooms towels and shampoo, 4.- room security is poor: you can open the room's door just from the window next to the door (my 10 years old kid did everyday on our room), 5.- none of the days we got hot water, 6.- swimming pool is tiny tiny, 7.- this hotel is far from center town and from Morro and from airport and from beaches and from food services, 8.- room back windows are just in front of a river (San Jose river) that has multiple houses built by poor people, 9.- WiFi service work no continuously (we got very service-cuts), 10.- towels got very used, 11.- in breakfasts, eggs there were not good, 12.- bed wheel brakes were not working completely,

Pros: 1.- besides eggs, breakfasts were good, 2.- Señora Pachi...

PROS||1. Good room rate for week days||2. Clean and very large ground-floor room for the three of us ||3. Comfortable queen and two double beds.||4. Typical Chilean breakfast (tea/coffee, sweetened fruit juice, yoghurt, corn flakes, scrambled egg, white bread, sliced ham and cheese)||||CONS||1. Bathroom drain was loose.||2. Painting needed in every room||3. Exposed TV cables and electrical wires||4. Old and cracked bathroom mirror needs to be replaced||5. Pool was not working half of the time of our visit and the grounds and plants look neglected and tired.||||We took the "collective" taxi (#8) to the International bus terminal for about 3,000 pesos for the three of us to take a taxi to Tacna, Peru for the day (about a hour via Chilean and Peruvian customs too) for about $10 USD per...

It's a small hotel quit far away form the city center but the hotel's service is very good the room's are clean and warm, bed's are OK. The breakfast was not very good but acceptable, it has a swimming pool and a nice garden. I...
