We stayed in Del Inca as we were skiing in Arpa. It was the 'budget' option for the Ski Arpa packages. We had a twin room but the beds could just about fit a couple. The hotel has a nice pool with a view of the Andes which was enjoyable. The hotel was clearly built on the main road and is centered around short stays for traveling business men so don't expect a 'destination' hotel. Breakfast was very carb-centric and as a celiac this limited me to fruit, yoghurt and scrambled eggs which grew boring. The rooms were clean and the showers warm and big, though the floor was sloped and slippery so take care.||We ate in the hotel some evenings as were were initially intimidated by Los Andes as we had no Spanish and it is a very Chilean town. Don't be intimidated, go walk around in the evening and take in the local culture. The place starts to come alive after 9pm and is such a short walk...

The justification was that it did not have triple rooms, but we were 3 guests. Unacceptable from any point of view.||||Then, we booked a triple room for internet at the “Hotel Los Andes”, for a price comparable to the Ibis hotels in Chile or four points Sheraton of Montevideo, however, the facilities were absolutely basic and defective, as for example there was a water leak in the bathroom and a horrible smelling of chlorine invading the room.||Definitely these hotels are not up to what they offer or what they charge, and online booking companies such as booking.com, etc, should give minimum guarantees of quality, since there was also a cost of no less additional...
