Really nice location in the centre of the Chilean folklore. The landlady is really friendly and does anything to make you feel at home. Breakfast is absolutely marvelous: fresh eggs and fruit, warm bread, yoghurt, cheese, ham, jam and local pastries. There's a pool where you can swim with the beautiful mountains of the national park 'La Campana' in the background. The town square is only a 3-minute walk away. There you can find a market with traditional Chilean products. If you are lucky, you can see local youngsters practice 'la cueca', a traditional dance, on the town's square. On the square you can also find a really good restaurant 'La Fogata' with traditional Chilean kitchen and really nice, freshly made cocktails! Only downside: dogs and traffic. Just a short walk away from the town centre and restaurants. The national park it’s just a short bus or taxi ride away. Margarita made the best breakfasts with a little variety every day.
