we prebooked this and knew it was on the outskirts of town. in fact it only took twenty minutes to walk into the centre of town (but a shared taxi was very cheap and took a couple of minutes).||we were checked in early by a lovely helpful lady who spoke good english and had a fair size room at the front of the hosteria with our own bathroom (with bath tub) across the hallway. beds comfy. windows opened fully to cool it.||no restaurants in the locality but lots of choice in the centre of town at great prices||we slept well with windows open and there wasn't a bug problem||however at weekends there is a disco about 100 yards away which runs to 3am and the local dogs start barking at first light ||nice breakfast||parking right outside or in side passageway behind locked gate although there didn't seem to be a safety issue||lady owner very helpful when my wife had problems getting through to me on the...

Tuve que mandar muchos mails para que me contestaran. Me dijeron que me daban una cabaña. Pero fue la peor cabaña en que me hospede en toda mi vida.||Llegamos a la hostería y nos mandaron para otro lado para ir a la cabaña. Llegamos, una casa en donde vivía una mujer y al lado una pequeña casita. Claramente no era un complejo de cabañas!||Horrible. Estaba toda sucia, desde el baño hasta la cocina, todo estaba con tierra, con grasa y mugriento. Estaba toda descuidada, como si la hubiesen construido y dejado a la deriva. ||El baño era asqueroso. Estaba sucio desde las canillas hasta el inodoro. Ni me anime a bañarme.||Abro la heladera y sale un olor repugnante! No estoy segura a que se debía ese olor, pero era una mezcla entre podrido y no se... sumamente asqueroso. Intentamos dejarla abierta para que se fuera el olor y cuando parecía haberse ido, la cerramos. Cuando la volvimos a abrir, el olor volvió igual o mas fuerte! Para colmo, la heladera nunca enfrió. La dejamos prendida toda la noche y nunca enfrió ni un grado. ||Ibamos a quedarnos dos noches en Pucón pero solo nos quedamos una y al día siguiente nos fuimos ya que no soportábamos más estar en ese lugar. ||Debajo de la cocina, donde estaban las cacerolas y demás cosas para cocinar, no solo estaba sucio sino que tenia agua, como si la tubería de la canilla perdiera.||Saque muchas fotos y espero poder subirlas más tarde para que se den una idea de lo horrible que fue estar ahi. Me daba asco tocar cualquier cosa. ||||Si la cabaña era así, no me quiero imaginar la hostería, y mucho menos quiero averiguarlo!||||Nos quejamos con la señora que vivía en la casa y quisimos ir a quejarnos en la hostería pero estaba cerrada. Nos fuimos sin más. Nunca mas vuelvo ni a esa cabaña ni a esta hostería....

Goede ontvangst, schoon, zeer hulpvaardig personeel, uitstekend ontbijt met veel variatie. Het Hostal ligt ver van het centrum. Lopen is bijna niet te doen. Ontzettend veel lawaai s’ nachts vanaf 02.00 uur tot 05.00 uur van grote groepen dronken jongeren die een hels kabaal maken voor de deur. Slapen is bijna onmogelijk.
