In general, the hotel is not bad but very overpriced for what you're getting. It's quiet and within a lovely garden with a pool area to relax in. Great location for exploring the mountains. Beds are comfy, the air conditioner worked well, and the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We were unlucky enough to have stayed in one of the rooms right above the attached restaurant on a Thursday night. This meant we were kept up until after midnight by the chatter of the people below. Walls aren't very soundproof as we were woken up at 3:30 am by someone arguing with their partner in the room below and slamming their doors. Not the hotel's fault and if you stay in one of the rooms facing the garden, you might get a more restful night than us. What did it for us and got me to write a not so great review was the horrible breakfast in the attached restaurant which the hotel advertises. The breakfast is not included in the very expensive nightly rate for a hotel in this category. We paid over CLP 21,000 (almost 25 USD) for the most abysmal breakfast we've had in all of Chile, see picture attached. Honestly, the hotel should caution their guest against buying breakfast there or not advertise it at all. They could also ensure the restaurant offers a better quality and value on behalf of their hotel guests. What we were served in the morning was so poor and low quality that it makes us never want to stay...

I stayed at Acacias de Vitacura because it was a good hotel that wasn't far from the Cricket grounds where we participated for the South American Cricket championships. I would say the room was comfortable, it had a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The view was also amazing! It was nice to unwind and rest here after a hard day of sports on a scorching cricket pitch.|The place is very quiet. Almost wonder if there were any people who stayed at the hotel when I was there. It is really good for families, there is greenery everywhere. The front desk staff are very friendly. The only problem I had was since I had to leave early for the matches, even though they said breakfast was served at 7am, no hot food (eggs, sausages, etc) was brought to the table until after 8am. Even the waitress who brought the food was not very friendly. Besides that, everything else was good. The laundry service was efficient and they did a good job. A few bus stops away from this hotel is a great Indian restaurant and other good restaurants so ideal location.|Overall a...

This is a hard place to review. The staff was fabulous, then they tried to charge me for an extra day, thankfully I caught it. The grounds are beautiful with the hotel tucked back behind the road in a very green tree/plant area. Beautiful outdoor art work and trains. Then we get to the rooms themselves. It's clear they are putting there money elsewhere. EVERYTHING is old in theses room. The bathroom is so out of date I thought I was in the '50's. Old tubs acting as showers. Quite dangerous actually, very tall stepping out. Slippery. The doors, the bedside tables, everything old! The AC control has a chain tied to it 😂 The blow dryer was strangely wired. Oh, NO PLACE TO CHARGE YOUR DIVICES🤷. Seriously. Pictures...

I had come to this location many years ago, as we had corporate meetings at the hotel board rooms. I never had the chance to see the gardens, which I only saw them yesterday during a wedding celebration. Although the garden is not big, it is full of different vegetation that enhances the design. Service and food were excellent. It is curious to find a location like this in the middle of residential buildings.
