Doubletree By Hilton Beijing East Third Ring Road — Hotel in Beijing

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last few months or years, I am extremely grateful to the concierge at the hotel. In particular, I want to give a big compliment to the employee Wei Yu Gao (I might be wrong with the spelling as his Chinese name is very difficult for me to understand). He has helped me so many times during each stay. On one occasion, I had an issue with losing a PC charge, he went out of his way to stores back and forth to try to solve it for me. He is a man without many words but a lot of actions. On this particular stay, I wanted to leave some tips for him as it is Chinese New Year. Not only he did not accept it, he brought it back to my hotel room and told me that it was his job to serve customers. It was really, really unbelievable. I would like to give special feedback to the hotel management and highlly recommend the hotel to everyone. ||On the same note, the manager at the hotel is also beneficial in helping me to find out all the solutions I was looking for. Great and swift customer service, and very courteous staff.|2. Spacious and clean rooms with toiletries restocked every day, highlighting that the toilet is automated and is separate from the shower area, also complementary water bottles and coffee/tea bags are provided in the rooms every day.|3. A Robot Convenience Store, if you order from the room menu a Robot will come all the way to your room door to deliver the order, it's quite advanced and pleasant.|4. There's an on-site restaurant, but I only had breakfast at the hotel, the buffet breakfast was tasty with a large variety of dishes to choose from. |5. Overall stay was good. Housekeeping staff kept asking if we needed tidy up. Concierge can help to receive parcels. They have 2 robots where fooe delivery to hotel can be brought up to hotel room via robots. Very cool.

Room is spacious, but the doors to the toilet and bathroom are quite heavy. They always close themselves with a bang if you never open them widely. Toilet bowl is good, it auto detects you going in and open the cover by itself. It is an advanced toilet bowl. Shampoo and body foam are from Crabtree. Disposable toothbrush given too.

Hotel lobby is very spacious. Robot can help you get your purchase from vending machine and bring up to your room too. Pretty cool too.

There is a restaurant that has peking duck too. We never ate there though.
