I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Paco Hotel Tianhebei and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly greeted with smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The level of service provided by the entire team was truly exceptional, every staff member I encountered was not only friendly and courteous, but also went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed.A very special thank you to the Front Office Manager, whose kindness and efficiency stood out during my stay. I arrived earlier than expected and was exhausted from traveling, but the manager quickly arranged for an early check-in without hesitation. On the day of my departure, they also kindly allowed a late check-out, giving me the comfort and flexibility I needed to wrap up my trip smoothly. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my overall experience.The hotel itself is clean, modern, and extremely well-maintained. My room was cozy, well-equipped, and spotless, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining.But what truly sets this hotel apart is the people, the heart and soul of Paco Hotel Tianhebei. The warmth, care, and hospitality shown by the staff made my stay memorable and left a lasting impression. Situated by the side of the main road, it is just about 200m from the nearest metro station, the hotel is easy to find as the Paco Hotel signage is right on the building roof. Not a 5-star rated hotel but nicely decorated with marble / stone and the hotel has a good degree of security - you need to apply the room key card in order to get the lift started.||The corridor leading to the room is carpeted and the room is spacious, clean and with separate toilet and shower cubicle. Tooth brushes and tooth paste were available and the towels are hygienic. With a sizable double bed and clean bed sheet, it was comfortable and enabled a good sleep. No noise from neighbors and the air conditioning is adequate, the temperature was of course digitally adjustable. The TV screen is big although there was no time to try. Breakfast was on the 5/F and served from 07:30; the food was better than average - self-service type in mixed Chinese and Western style. The check-out time is 11:00, not bad to have a morning walk and come back for another shower before leaving the hotel, there is a grocery wholesale market just cross...
