Yuwa Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Visitwd here for work 1 (April 2017) month. I noticed a apricot pit under my bed around the 10-11 day, The housekeeper would come in regardless of do not disturb sign and I also noticed that the cleaning lady used the same blue rag to clean everything, toilet, sink, and my coffee cups i hadnt noticed this until after i began to get stomach flu symptom unfortunately:(. I asked for a soft matress during my stay and they brought me up a news paper. I had to fold up my one blanket to create a softer bed which they clearly noticed. No extra effort was made to directly make my stay better. Room smelled like cigarettes when I got there. Room service food is expensive. Dust. Mosquitoes, No one really speaks English there. I met a gentleman at the nearby pizza place who spoke better English than anyone at the hotel. A lot nicer hotels nearby the room looked kinda nice though. And the buffet...

This hotel has by far the worst service ever, I had to wait two hours for them to deliver me 2 bottles of coce and a chips bag, they either bring you the food late or not at all, the staff doesn’t speak english at all, apart from that, the hotel has a good infrastructure and is suitable for business travelers due to its location, but i DO NOT...
