Westin pazhou — Hotel in Guangzhou City

This hotel and my great score applies only if you're in Guangzhou for any of the exhibitions being held there (the Westin has a direct bridge connecting you with the exhibition space). No other hotel in the area has such thing. If you're in Guangzhou for anything else than visiting that exhibition (such as tourism) I might suggest a hotel more in the city centre. However, is worth noting that during NON exhibition times, the hotel prices are really low, and due to its south location from Guangzhou, might be a good option to avoid the downtown rush hour traffic, specially if you need to visit factories in the south of Guangzhou and/or southern cities (Foshan, Shunde, etc.) You might spend an hour or so visiting, but if you want to have the comfort of a 5 star hotel, located not far from Guangzhou center, and avoid the traffic jam when visiting companies in the south, it might be quite the sweet spot. And for exhibition, yeah, is REALLY expensive during those days, but if you value time and convenience (let's say, you just go to exhibition for a few important meetings), is a great choice.
