Our stay at Langham Place Guangzhou was absolutely wonderful, and what really made the difference was the amazing team!

We have to give a special shoutout to Xavier! We saw him so often, and no matter how crazily hot the weather was, he was always rushing around to help guests with the warmest, most genuine attitude. He was always so sincere in helping people, and that really left a deep impression on us. 🥹

We also want to thank Jacky, Liam, and Huang Danhao. All three of them were so professional, friendly, and endlessly helpful. Always smiling, always welcoming, and always ready to assist despite the sweltering heat. Honestly, every one of the front team was outstanding, not a single person was ever anything less than excellent!

Cita was another star. He helped me many times - from making calls and bookings to even using his own number just so things would be easier for us. He always greeted us so warmly and gave us such a wonderful impression of the hotel. Doris at the concierge was also really sweet and thoughtful, and made everything feel effortless.

The staff here are all well trained to be really proactive in assisting guests. Such a pleasant vibe here! ❤️

The room itself was immaculate. Soooo clean, cozy, and comfortable! I didn’t expect myself to actually like a hotel’s shower gel but I did. Also, a Laifen hairdryer?! Perfectttt. Service over the phone was always prompt, and the amenities were excellent. We also loved the little robot that delivers our takeaways 🥹 really adorable haha

All in all, Langham Place Guangzhou is a hotel that truly cares for its guests. We left feeling sooooo well taken care of, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone, especially business travellers who want both comfort and heartfelt service. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, combining classic charm with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt like sleeping on clouds.Facilities were top-notch – the pool and spa area provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. Firstly, let me say WOW! We were staying here and walked to the CIFF each day as its just over the road. The staff were always smiling and doing their best to make you comfortable. The food and beverages were outstanding! The food was fresh and served up very fast, considering the work that was put into the preparation of each plate. The beverages were flowing, quite a large selection and very well priced! The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and room service is there if you need it...the staff will clean your entire room (even make your bed if you have forgotten...somehow?!) The bathrooms are open and the shower is beaut! There are 2 girls that play music around tea time and you can also request a song(s) of your choice (they know most of them) and they are very good! The massage treatment is up there with the best, its the traditional chinese massage, the masseuse's are very professional and its the perfect way to wind down after a 10 hour day walking around. The pool is large and quite often un-used so you may want to give that a shot, along with the steam room and sauna. Overall, the operating standard of this hotel surprised me...have experienced some very bad hotels over the years and every now and then you come across a gold mine! Keep up the solid professionalism...
