Yile Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Stayed there two times. First time in late 2012 was rather normal although noisy and general low quality for that price (bad manners of the reception people etc.), last time in spring 2013 was terrible. During the check- in, the stuff (who pretends not to understand English) raised the price compared to the rate ageed via internet booking. But I finally accepted the higher rate. I shoudln 't have but was tired and didn't want to quarrel any longer. It was the first signal of the bad things coming.During my ca. 5 nights stay, the hotel was very noisy at night with e.g. Indian people playing loud music or doors shutting loudly every 5 minutes etc.||But the 'finale' was the check out.||The reception man told me to pay 50 RMB for the pillow cover which they said I made dirty!||Of course I didn't but it is their trick to cheat for extra money.||And I had to pay otherwise they didn't want to give me my deposit back.||I told them I would call the police as they tried to take me in, but they were not afraid as the desk people and the cleaning service were in collusion and they noted the pillow stain in the daily report (the room keeper brought the stained pillow case on purpose!)||Anyway and to put it in a nutshell - it's a bunch of Chinese crooks.||They will cheat you this way or another and it is not a safe place.||Never stay...

The hotel situated in saniyunli avenue near leather product market. Mostly used by trader & businessman coming to Guanzhou. No on site restaurant but there are middle grade restaurants nearby.||||Room was clear & specious. One important thing bathroom has glass wall with curtain like many other china hotel; may occur inconvenience for guest.||||Pick & drop was excellent from to airport.
