This is the second time we're staying at this hotel. We were given two rooms located on the 2nd floor which are kinda make-shift rooms at the mezzanine floor. One of the rooms given has poor or no ventilation. Thank you to Trip. Com (Irish, Vera and Kate) who helped us resolve this issue with the hotel staff. Some staff at the counter look Over-stressed with their job and can be quite unpleasant or even rude when communicating with guests. I had to sleep in a dirty bed for roughly 3 nights before I got...

It is also unclear how the Wi-Fi works. I didn't like the fact that at 6 am or even earlier the noise from the cleaners began in the corridor. They did everything very noisily and did not let me sleep. The breakfast is a buffet of Chinese cuisine and without dubbing in English. Breakfast could have been made before 10 am, but it is from 7 to 9. Whoever doesn't make it in...
