Renaissance Nanjing Olympic Centre Hotel — Hotel in Nanjing City

The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and speaks of luxury. Great amenities like the pool and gym too! But the most amazing part was Alison, the front desk manager who attended to us from 13-15 May. We had issues ordering food from Mei Tuan, and she let us use her phone to order food without any hesitation, and called us when the food was here. Honestly, she didn’t have to do that, but she prevailed with an unparalleled service and sense of responsibility. She had a very warm and cheery persona which made us feel right at home!! Thank you Alison!

To add on, another front desk Elk helped us to check our didi location and realized I put the wrong one. He helped us to communicate with the driver and luckily for him, if not we will be heading to the wrong station....

The hotel is situated in Jianye District, a new biz district next to the Olympics stadium, surrounding by biz towers. It is about 15 mins walk to IFC.||If you have biz in the area and try to avoid biz/noise/crowed central city life. I would suggest you to take a speedy train to Nanjing South Train Station and grab a taxi or DIDI (Uber in China) to here. It took me about 25 mins with an average traffic condition.||According to the hotels staffs, it was a five young hotle. I stayed in this hotel for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is definitely one of the best options to stay in Nanjing. The deluxe room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a sofa on the side for relaxing. The decor of the room was a bit dated but it was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was big with all amenities. The bext thing was a QR code based ordering system for in-room dining that avoided all sorts of challenges in communicating with the kitchen for foreign guests. The breakfast spread was huge and the service was prompt. The lunch at Wan Li restaurant was simply superb. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.
