The waitress at chinese restaurant is impolite. They don't konw the details of their food. The employee training is not enough. But the clerks at chick in and chick out counter are nice. There are only a small supermarket near the hotel. So if no time to take around sanya and just stay in the hotel, you may pay an expensive meal for impolite restaurant. It's a very large resort with three outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool. It has a massive lobby as well. The building of the hotel is divided by West and East wings and well balanced like Yin and Yang. It has a large restaurant for breakfast that can fit hundreds of people. Access to the beach is very easy through a tunnel at beachend of the hotel ground. A few restaurants and a supermarket nearby as well. There were plenty of taxis and buses if you need to go to Sanya city, Sanya airport and Sanya...

Хороший большой отель. Большая часть номеров с видом на море. Красивая большая территория с множеством бассейнов, зелени, горки не работали, были в полу разобранном состоянии. Есть подземный переход к морю, не надо ломится через дорогу. Присутствует детская анимация, завтраки так себе, т. К. ориентированы больше на китайцев, лапы куриц и прочие вкусняшка. На ресепшене ни говорят на русском, в принципе в Китае мало кто говорит на русском, со знанием английского языка у китайцев тоже проблема. В номере было почти все, даже такие редкие предметы как утюг и гладильная доска. Была даже детская зубная щётка с пастой.
