A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Conifer Bay Resort, SanyaOur recent stay at Conifer Bay Resort in Sanya was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of beauty, comfort, and exceptional service.We stayed in a Seaview room on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — a sweeping panorama of the resort and the stunning coastline. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and relaxing on the balcony with such a serene backdrop made each day feel like paradise.One of the standout experiences was the rooftop swimming pool. Not only was the setting luxurious and stylish, but the food and drinks available there were spot on. It was the perfect place to unwind, soak in the sun, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Vivian, the executive hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration remarkable. The hotel is very close to the airport which was very convenient because of my early morning flights. The beach is only a stones throw away and there are food shops with great food that deliver within range. The service was superb! Everyone was polite, prompt and ready to assist. Natasha contributed a great deal to this too! Midnight or early morning, she’s a text away. The rooms are cleaned daily, sheets changed, fridge stocked, towels replaced, extra toothbrush and toothpaste - daily. Alcohol disinfectant, hand sanitizers and paper towels were basically in every area of the hotel. Masks also provided for guests. The hotel also helps to arrange nucleic acid tests for those interested. The infinity pool is very warm which is strange for a foreigner’s experience but it served as a stunning photo area. There are also a few secluded spots by the pool to relax in silence or take photos. The hotel’s restaurant is huge with a wide variety of meal options - meat options, vegan options, Chinese, western.
