This is what would be the equivalent to what we call a business hotel in Japan - small and simple, so reasonable. I stayed a week here and got to meet different people at the check-in counter/lobby, and all of them were very courteous and helpful, even if there was a bit of a language barrier.
The rooms were clean enough. And someone came in everyday to clean the room and replace the tea bags, bottled water, towels. There was an electric kettle in the room but no refrigerator was available. I went during the cold season though, so this was not an issue. It is worth noting though that there is a Family Mart (convenience store) just a quick walk across the road.
There’s no breakfast available in the hotel, but the lady at the check-in counter suggested the dumplings and noodles restaurant right in front, and it was a great recommendation.
If there was anything I didn’t like about this place, it was that other guests were clearly smoking in their rooms even if we were in non-smoking floors; this is however, a social issue that can be seen also outside where people quite commonly smoke in...

The location is near the subway so it’s not hard at all to go to work back and forth.
