LuJiaZui Supreme Tower — Hotel in Shanghai

We have been to China more than 20 times. This time, however, we came to Shanghai after a longer stay in Japan and it felt like a slap in the face.||The LJZ Supreme Tower Hotel was the best way to deal with the culture shock. The suite we received exceeded our expectations; we would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast was also excellent and left nothing to be desired, at least for us.||We would just recommend that the reception staff urgently work on their English skills and really direct their communication towards the guests instead of staring at their smartphones and casually letting it be known that they either have no idea about something or have not understood the question.||All in all, however, we definitely...

From LongYangLu station, it is located about 900m away, which took me about 15minutes to walk.If it rains, it will be difficult to walk with luggage to reach hotel, however, the weather was fine, so, it was o.k..The check out time was extended upto 13:00 due to my subsequent itinerary, which was confirmed at the time of check in, however,the robot came to the door of the room to remind me of the check out after 12:00.The variety of the breakfast is o.k. with healthy food. Impressed with the hotel decoration & room layout. We were upgraded to a suite with washing machine, which was very helpful. Dinner was nice but cafe was staffed by 1 man only. My husband left his mobile in the room after check out and arriving at maglev train station - called hotel while I was in a taxi coming back for the phone.
