Park Inn by Radisson Shanghai Wuning — Hotel in Shanghai

This is my third time quarantine in Shanghai. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Park Inn which is in downtown of Shanghai city. I upgraded myself to suite by paying CNY4000 more, and have a room with separate living room which is about 50sqm. The room is with clean and neat design. I thought I will be happy staying here for next 14 days until the hotel staffs cut my line off abruptly today! It was all because I queried for my undelivered package - fruits and soy bean milk I bought at supermarket online. The items didn’t arrive on time for the assigned time to be sent to my room, and I was told they will be sent the next day. I waited patiently till 12 noon when the lunch was delivered but the package was still not here. I called up and seems like they couldn’t find my package. I waited for 30 mins and called the operator again, a lady picked up the phone (same person I talked to a day earlier). I queried why package was not sent, and was told it will be sent by dinner time. I mentioned I was told it will be sent during meal time and I remember your voice, you were the one I talked to yesterday. The lady just cut off my line!!!!! Horrible horrible service! ||||Although it’s a quarantined hotel and we paid for the room, without getting the normal service like cleaning, changing of towels etc for 14 days which is totally fine. I still think that a hotel should maintain the same service standard, at least not to cut off the line abruptly when talking to hotel guest! This is not hospitality service, and Park Inn is by Radisson! I don’t think I will...

Breakfast spread was great. Stayed for 5 nights. Location is ok although I don't have line 2 which can bring me to more attractions nonetheless, the lines offered nearby are ok. The downside is if you ordered a car, the driver may have difficulties navigating how to get to you. Rooms are non smoking but I smell cigarettes when I sleep on...
