Lvgem Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

This is the first time I came to this hotel, the location is near Shixia. The opposite is Hong Kong. Before this hotel opened, I lived in the Atour Hotel next door. It is very convenient because it is close to Hong Kong. I'm quite satisfied with the location. I usually come here to rest for a night and then leave. Depart for Hong Kong from Futian Port in the morning. In terms of facilities, there is not much experience. Check-in is also pretty quick. Hotel and room are clean. The orientation of the windows in the room is very good, and the view is good. The lounge was not being used by anyone else that day. The facilities are relatively complete and of a very high standard. Here I would like to give a special thumbs up to KAKA WON, the manager of the executive lounge, and she is very hospitable. There is small shopping mall besides the hotel with a reasonable size supermarket. The hotel has a small gym and is supposedly known for it massage services.

The room is big and has a large bathroom with a tub. Power sockets accept international plugs but voltage is 220V. TV only has CCTV channels so if you don't understand Mandarinor Cantonese, there are only a few channels.

To the left of the hotel entrance, after the mall and across the streets, there are small shops and restaurants in the alleys, including another supermarket so it is quite a local area.

We were checked into a smoking room when we asked they said they were full. They offered to change room next day. Which they did n gave us a most horrible room. They gave us a room that had a mouldy aircon vent n stains on the chair n bathroom grouting was so filthy. ||||I dare not even go bare feet in the shower. ||||At breakfast. This supposedly 5 star hotel does not hv cuppacino although there is a machine for it. When asked. They said sorry only for nite time use. ||||This is NOT a 5 star hotel like they claim. Also not for foreigners, maybe good for locals, n for this price range it is overpriced. ||||I just read a review by Rene that there was a mouse in her room. Omg I hope I don’t see one .. it wld freak me...
