Chimelong Penguin Hotel — Hotel in Zhuhai

Arrived at Chimelong almost 4-ish pm, I think it won’t worth to enter the park at this late. So I “walk-in” and booked for a room on the spot. The front desk told me the package CNY 2050 for the hotel room, 2 day pass for two and also a buffet lunch for two. Considering a room only deal, it is quite good for the price. She advised it would take another 20 minutes before the room is ready. Since we just walk-in, it’s okay for me, it was 15:50. Another queue is needed to get the packaged park ticket.||There were photography available at the hotel lobby when we were waiting for the check-in. The photo was quite nice, CNY 75. I asked if I can decide by the end of the day but they replied they would leave by 17:30 and the photo will be gone. ||The minimart in the hotel closes 22:30 on weekdays and 23:00 on weekends. Almost most daily necessities could be bought there. If you don’t mind the cost n times more expensive than outside. Moreover, it’s good if you missed any items. ||The app says there is a doctor in the hotel, where you really can visit the hotel without any thing prepared. (Medications/ daily toiletries etc).||Wonderful kids amenities! Train rides/ kids car rides available on the ground floor, CNY 20 per person per ride. Soccer table/ bowling/ tiny playground available. The lobby is huge and the souvenir shops are abundance too. There are fitness centre and a massage centre...

Family fun hotel, close to Ocean Kingdom Theme Park, with great hospitality. ||Room - Clean, spacious room with separate kids bed so great for family.|The penguin theme room is very adorable and from our room we got to see the fireworks in the evening. Housekeeping gave us extra water when they clean up because they saw our kids are having formula(powder) milk. Very sweet! ||Food - lots selections for breakfast buffet, and restaurant. Delicious food! The food stand outside has delicious local food. ||Activities - breakfast with penguin is an amazing activity, along with musical penguin! All day long there are many activities, magical shows etc. Hotel has lots other kids zone - petting farm, train etc ||I know there are other actives in other hotel nearby, but just spendung time at the Penguin Hotel and Ocean Kingdom Theme Park is already exhausted and fun. ||Recommended to go there|Personally I think it's than HK Disney if you have small children (age 4 or under) since theme park has less lineup so it's as fun as Disneyland but...
