i came with my parents..with 2 large luggages n a small one...||surprisingly when we got down from the taxi, there's no bellboy or porter to help move the luggage, and we had to drag them ourselves into the lobby. Only then the bellboy came to us to help.||||the hotel was having promotion...if u check in in weekdays, u'll get instant 50% discount with complimentary breakfast and internet...40% on weekends...||||I can smell heavy load of cheap cigarette in the room, the TV remote control was out of battery, they hav a bulky desktop on the desk (but it'll cost if u use the computer), which takes a lot of space, instead of placing my laptop...and the DSL-cable is a lil' faulty with broken connector...slightly move ur laptop and u'll lose connection.||||so far this is the first hotel i ever know to provide free umbrella.||||weather in Zhuhai was HOT and DRY...and the bathroom doesnt provide hair conditioners....be sure u hav ur conditioners along.||||even though with complimentary breakfast, its not buffet-style. they provide u sets that worth about RMB20...which u can get smth similar for RMB8 at the restaurant right outside the hotel. Mostly in cantonese style cooking.||||the only good thing about this hotel is its a walking distance, about 10-15 minutes to the bordergate to Macau. On the way to the gate, there's shops on both sides of streets..with a supermarket, clothing stores like G2000 n Giordano,...

If one is to walk to the border, it may take some 30 minutes. ||||Most of the time, it is self service when checking in. Some rooms are in split level floor. So, when you have large luggage, you have to carry up or down to your room from the lift/elevator, when you are assigned to a room not level to the lift/elevator door opening.||||Rooms are very much a standard Chinese hotel setting. Hence, not of international brand room decoration and fittings.||||Did not try the coffee house in the hotel. Decided to walk out of the hotel to try restaurants near by, of which none of them is really near by.||||If you are staying for just a night or two, it is okay and be patient. ||||The consolation is the hotel has a tour desk that is able to arrange sort of a public transfer if you want to cross the border to go to Macau. However, payments for the transfer is not to the hotel but to the public...
