Hotel Café Color — Hotel in Armenia

The hotel was clean and cute. The people working there were really nice and let us keep our luggage there after check-out. However the beds were a little uncomfortable, the noise from the street was very loud at night, and the neighborhood was not safe. We didn’t know anything about the neighborhood (it’s in el centro) before arriving, but multiple drivers told us that it was too unsafe to walk around. • El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable, lleno de color y con buena decoración. • Las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas, el baño se sentía un poco estrecho y la ventilación del lugar es una pequeña ventana, por lo que se ofrece un pequeño ventilador para refrescar el cuarto. • El baño cuenta con agua caliente. • Se ofrece café o aromáticas (totalmente gratis en recepción), tiene WIFI de excelente velocidad, los cuartos cuentan con televisión inteligente en dónde puedes ver televisión o conectarte a YouTube o Netflix ( Ya trae una cuenta activada, así que no debes pagar nada). • Muy cerca hay supermercados D1 y ARA. • Por el sitio transitan muchos vehículos por lo que se escucha ruido constantemente de dia y de noche, este es un punto negativo del lugar, pero por el precio y los servicios vale la pena hospedarse aquí. • Disponible servicio de lavandería. • Las habitaciones se encuentran en el 2 y tercer piso, por por lo que debes si o si subir escaleras. • Puedes conseguir una habitación sencilla con 1 cama para 1 persona desde 40.000 COP.

This place is clean, clean, clean. The staff is lovely. So kind. But the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. Definitely watch your belongings and be careful at night.

Bed was very firm, and the shower was lukewarm at best. But if, like me, you're looking for a clean bed for a couple nights, it's a good bet.
