Parque Sucre — Attraction in Armenia

I have moved here from NEWYORK and I love Armenia quindio colombia, But 14 street has changed alot ! It's not as clean as it should be ! And the shopping could be way better, But instead it's been taken over buy 5and dime stores like dollar city ! There are very few clothing stores that have nice things in it .I had to go to parrieda just to go shopping for good quality clothes, I can say thanks Arturo Calle clothing store at unicentro it carries nice mens cloths and GEF ALSO ! I understand that Armenia quindio is a very middle class town and maybe the officials feel they should not offer better incentive for better businesses to thrive and that's why we have to travel out side the town to find higher end clothing ! I went to periada to go toPriceSmart ! It's Heaven! And it's worth the drive 🚗! I love Armenia but the Powers that be should really clean up 14 street because it's dirty! More now than before! I want to see a change that will benefit everyone, Parkey Sucree needs to be cleaned up as soon as possible! If i had a businesses on 14 street i would be up set because of all the Vendors who come there to sell there things in front of the stores with no license to sell !! And here are store fronts paying rent for what ???? Im just pointing out the businesses part of it coming from some one who knows !! Another thing Armenia is a middle Class town But guess what the middle class has power and yes there mire carful very on how they spend money! But to make your citizens travel to another town to spend there money for better quality products MAKES NO SENSE TO ME ! I would want them to stay in Armenia to spend there money here !!! I moved here and I live this town it's has so much to offer and that's why I'm retired here !! I hope I don't sound to harsh ! But the businesses community could do so much better!! Lively place but careful with your belongins! Do not take pictures at least you are accompanied! Your can be assaulted if delincuentes, which abund, noticed you have costly cells phones or cameras. Beside that is colorful and interesting place to see local characters, eat a delicious ice cream and "cholados" take pictures of old trees, nown for its majestuosity and exuberant...
