HOTEL HABIBI — Hotel in Barranquilla

I had to pay 50% of the reservation cost in advance via PayPal. Later, due to a change in our plans, I had to cancel the booking. Although my reservation was fully refundable through Booking.com, the hotel initially refused to return my money. They claimed it would take up to three weeks to process the refund, but once that period passed, they neither refunded my money nor responded to my messages. Fortunately, I had paid the deposit via PayPal Buyer Protection, which allowed me to recover my money. Had I used a different payment method, I likely would have lost the money entirely. Un antro en mitad de la nada. De noche parece un desierto esperando a que te atraquen. Las habitaciones ni en sus mejores sueño se parecerán a las fotos. Te exigen dinero por adelantado porque saben que cuando llegas te encuentras esos zulos y tienen politicas de cancelación falsas en booking. Ya que cancelas y no quieren devolverte el dinero. El dueño amenazando por que somos extranjeros. Tengan cuidado las reseñas buenas son de los mismos trabajadores y de familiares. Hay mil opciones mejores. Eviten este sitio...
