I stayed several times in Casa Hermosa and I always had a pleasant stay. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and functional. The location is perfect, nearby the airport, the city centre, Corferias and the National University, with public transportation, restaurants and shops nearby.

The host is really nice and makes you feel very welcome. And he is always available to help you if you have a question. Since it is a family business it is also possible to meet the rest of the family, which makes the experience of staying here more special and fun.

So yes, I can really recommend...

Be careful with this accommodation, they cancel at the last minute and increase prices whenever they want. Even if you book months in advance they cancel a few days before or force you to pay more than what was agreed. The place is not that good and the service is lousy, they don't answer the phone and will always try to give you less or put hidden additional costs. The customer service is terrible, they are rude...

Hicimos la reserva con un mes de antelación, muy buen precio y acceso al lugar. El personal es muy amable pero tuvimos varios inconvenientes: Pidieron "un momento" para terminar de limpiar el apartamento y se convirtió en media hora donde el piso seguía sucio, las sábanas sucias y le echaron un spray desinfectante a los muebles de tela para salir del paso rápido. Nos ofrecieron el servicio de transporte y nos querían cobrar el precio de una carrera completa al lugar pero por cada persona, sin especificar la placa, el horario y hacernos caminar 5-10 minutos hacia el lugar donde estaba el transporte, cosa que ni un carro pedido por app hizo.

Este lugar es bueno, tiene potencial. Pero salir a intentar quitar dinero por sin sentidos y que no limpien bien es lo que daña la reseña. Espero cambien eso y será...
